What is an Adult Residential Facility?

Adult Residential Facilities are licensed by the California Department of Social Services to provide 24-hour non-medical care and supervision for adults ages 18 to 59 who need help with daily living.

A next step in our continuum of care

Some residents need more support than recuperative care or housing alone can give. Ruth and Roy's House adds a home setting with care and supervision around the clock, run by the same team behind The RIS Foundation.
